  11. Well, I've heard no responses to post here for help.
  12. No response from Zoom tech support after a week.

  16. Zoom Telephonics ComStar 28.8 voice mail
  17. Internal modem.
  18. Put 2 different modems in two different Pentium machines.
  19. On both, (a) the Floppy drive is rendered inoperative and (b) the Zoom utilities 
  20. say that there is no card installed.

  22. Seems basic to me. I had tech. at Best Buy (retailer) look - he agreed.
  23. Seems like a design problem.

  26. I think it's ridiculous that Zoom cannot be reached - by any means, including FAX back.

  28. I have a Zoom 14.4V external - has worked flawlessly for a year.
  29. But, not so for ComStar PnP.
